Little Ones is a luxury event hire business located in Leeds, but covering the whole of Yorkshire. Don't know where to start when organising your little one's dream event? Look no further, we have everything covered. We offer premium events at affordable prices and each and every event is completely bespoke, giving every customer the WOW experience. We don't just do soft play and inflatables, we have everything covered from venue styling and décor and event personalised keepsakes.
From first birthday parties, wedding entertainment, BBQ garden parties and Holy celebrations, we can style the children's entertainment exactly how you want it.
Packages and Bookings
There are plenty of package options from. From intimate to all out big and boujee. We cater for for all occasions, venues and budgets.
If you would like to book with us, please message us on one of our social media platforms or email us. We will need the following information: the date and times of your event, chosen package and any add ons, any theme/style and the location/venue.
All bookings require a £50.00 deposit to book. This will then be held as a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 48 hours of collection and inspection of our equipment after you event.
Completion of our booking form is required for all bookings and we will provide you with a full event breakdown and all the information you need prior to your event.

Terms and Conditions
If your event is outdoors and there are winds of 20mph or more, it is raining or the ground is muddy, we are unable to set up our equipment. This is not only due to the damage of our equipment but your safety. If you need to rearrange your event due to the weather, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
If you do not rearrange or cancel your event within 48 hours of your event date, full payment of your event will be required. We always advise you to have a Plan B, just in case.
Our soft play equipment is strictly under 5s only. Children older than 5 can play in our inflatable ball pool and on our bouncy castle; however to ensure the safety of young children, we do not recommend children over the age of 5 play with younger children at the same time. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Please take note of our Rules of Play board and ensure all attendees has seen this. The party booker is responsible for all children's safety at their event and any damage caused to our equipment, should the Rules of Play not be followed.
If you are hiring an inflatable, please ensure you have electric sockets within a reasonable distance to where you would like your set up.
Once we have set up your event, we are not responsible for any injury caused by misusing our equipment and the event booker is will be liable for any damaged caused to our equipment.
Our light up numbers, sail boards and welcome sign and easels are props only. Please do not move these once we have finished setting up your event. Please ensure children are not playing with or around sailboards or easels, these are heavy and can cause injury! Once we have left, you are solely responsible for all items to be kept safe and secure until collection.

We cover all of Yorkshire but delivery and collection fee will depend on your location. We are based in Leeds and will calculate this by mile. Please message us with your location for a quote. We do not charge for setting up your event!
Our soft play events are strictly for 5's and under. Unfortunately older children are too big for our equipment and will cause damage to it, should they play on it. If you have older children coming to your event, we can cater for them with bigger equipment such as the 8ft inflatable ball pool or one of our bouncy castles; or with activities such as messy play, imaginative and dress up so they do not miss out.
We only hire our equipment out for children aged 5 and under; however, children up to the age of 8 can play in the 8ft inflatable ball pool and on our bouncy castles. We must stress that if there is a big age difference between children, this may create a rebound affect on the bouncy castle and smaller/younger children may get hurt on the bouncy castle. We would discourage children older than 5 playing on the bouncy castle for this reason. Parental supervision is required at all times.
As long as you like! Just tell us at the time of booking what your event times are so we can make a note when your event finishes, so we can collect our equipment. This is the same day unless requested otherwise at the time of booking.
Yes. But we need to know at the time of the booking if your event is outdoors so we can bring along our protective ground sheets. We only hire out equipment for outdoor events between the months of May and September and it is always weather dependent. We always encourage you to have a plan b in case it rains!
Absolutely!! That's what we are known for!! Fully themed with plush animals, props, vinyls, toys, books, messy play, dress up, cardboard cutouts, play balls.. you name it. Don't want a theme? No problem.
Unfortunately, face paint stains our equipment and we will not hire our equipment out if you have a face painter attending your event. There is a zero tolerance policy for face paints and should there be a face painter at your party, your £50.00 damage deposit will automatically be held to cover the cost of cleaning/replacement of equipment.
Yes! We have full insurance for event hire, the supply and selling of food and all of our equipment is fully tested and comply with PIPA regulations. Please let us know if you would like to see proof of our certificate.
If there are any access restrictions, including parking and stairs, we need to know to allow additional time to set up. If you are having the messy play option to your event, we will need to know if any little ones have allergies.
For all outdoor events, we require you to have a plan b if we are unable to set up your event if it is muddy, wet or windy. We are unable to set up our inflatable equipment if the ground is muddy or there are winds above 20mph. We are able to move the date of your event, subject to availability, but we will not set up in these conditions.
We need a minimum of 30 minutes to set any event up. We may require additional time if you have a large event. Collection will also depend on the size of your event, but we will discuss this with you when you book.
Yes, as long as our equipment is stored safety. Please contact us to arrange. We do charge £50.00 for this.
In the unfortunate event our equipment gets damaged, we will keep your £50.00 damage deposit.
